What is the relationship between gene expression, genotype, and phenotype?

Not sure about expression but the genotype has to do with possible outcomes of the cross and the phenotype has to do with possible outcomes of the cross but only the dominant gene. And biology sucks but once you get it it should be easy. Its just time consuming
