What does it take to get into....?

what does it take to get into BYU my background i should tell you so u can kinda see if i would be able to get into it or not, alright well when i was 13 i moved to Europe holland and right now im almost 18 and still living in europe i dont have ANY sort of diploma yet next year if or WHEN i p my exams i will have a diploma thats a College diploma here which is equivelent to a Highschool Diploma and/ or a GED would that be enough to get me into BYU that and the fact i would go on an LDS Mission first and stuff.. im bilingual, and im learning a third language.. would i need to go to a smaller college in the states first and get a diploma there? would i need to take any tests.. is there anyway to Avoid taking standard tests to get into certain places? okay well let me know! thanks for all ur help!...P.S. i know my spelling sucks and i need periods capitols and all but im in a rush!
