Does a light bulb have radiant and thermal energy?

I already know that there is electrical energy. I mean when you use a hand generator have two wires with alligator clips attached to a light bulb. I was thinking that the electrical energy from the wire transformed into heat energy( thermal energy) and radiant energy...Am I right?
