Applying for Malaysian Matriculation online?

Hey, I would be sesi 2011/2012. I have bought the PIN number from BSN and need to know how do I register? All I found on their official site was this: http://www.moe.gov.my/bmkpm/index.php/soalan-lazim/72/226, which is not helpful. Help? Anyone?
