Do Obama's attempts to fix the economy resemble Ralph Kramden's schemes to get rich?

If you watch the old "Honeymooners," Ralph Kramden was always trying to figure out a way to improve his monetary situation, but he invariably blundered. Is this similar to Obama, with his health care fiasco and ridiculous stimulus package that didn't work?
