Why does this happen a lot with guys?

In some countries women aren't very forward and wouldn't hand out their number, so if you give them your number, the guys will most likely use it. You may be sending the wrong message by giving it to them. You can just say, "I'd like to get to know you a little more before I give out my number". A blue-eyed blonde is very "exotic" in some places. When I visit India (my husband is from there) people stare, and I even caught some guys taking a picture once.
