Texans vs Raiders thoughts/predictions?

I remember last time when they played each other, everyone said the Texans was going to win and the Raiders finally clicked and won the game. I think the Raiders hit ROCK BOTTOM last week and can only go up from there. Russel cannot have another game like last week or his job as the starter is done for the year! I think the Raiders will win again and turn the season around. Or Russel is done.
