Is stretching to much bad or something else?

I'm 13 yrs. old and when I wake up in the morning I tend to stretch for 5 minutes or more. Also during my day I stretch often for some reason along with yawning most of the time. I tend to arch my back a lot when I randomly stretch (my body controls my stretching unless I'm about to work out in athletics). Does anyone know if its bad or something else?
