How will i get them 2 notice me? i want 2 be friends with them.?

i live in the country so i cant walk into the town to meet my friends as i would like 2. a few days ago i seen 3 boys walkin up the road and they live near me so i would like 2 get to know them and be friends with them as it is soooo boring out here! how will i get them to notice me and talk to me?
