How to play hard to get and keeeep playing hard to get lol??? ?

i like this guy like i really like him but i want to play hard to get but i always seem to give in to him..... what should i do to pretend im not infatuated with him? but i still want to be around him, i dont want to ignore him completely ages 18(me) and 26(him) often see each other at work
